Cancellation Policy
All appointments are secured with full payment in advance. Because appointment times are made specifically for you, cancellations made by clients are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
In the unlikely event that I ever need to cancel or reschedule your lesson for any reason, I will of course offer a make up lesson.

Passionate about supporting young people through music, Alys creates a safe, encouraging environment where children and teenagers can explore creativity, confidence and self-expression.
Alys holds a current Blue Card and has over 10 years experience working with young people, including three years as a vocal mentor through the Eumundi School of Music.
Whether pursuing music professionally or simply for enjoyment and self-expression, students are supported with thoughtful, personalised mentorship tailored to their individual goals and journey.
